Melbourne Mindful Psychology

AHPRA Registered Psychologist · Bentleigh & telehealth

A practice built around how you actually feel.

Melbourne Mindful Psychology supports children, adolescents and adults living with ADHD, autism, anxiety and trauma — with attention to pacing, communication preferences, and the time good therapy actually takes.

Many people arrive here after years of feeling misunderstood — by the system, by the people around them, and sometimes by themselves. Whatever you are carrying, you do not have to explain it perfectly before reaching out.

Nicola (Nikki) Addlem, AHPRA Registered Psychologist

Your psychologist

Hi, I'm Nikki.

I'm an AHPRA Registered Psychologist working with children from age three, adolescents, and adults. My work sits at the intersection of careful, evidence-based therapy and a genuine curiosity about the person in front of me.

The clients I work with are often carrying more than one thing at once — anxiety that has been there for years, a possible autism or ADHD diagnosis they have only recently started to wonder about, experiences that have left their nervous system on high alert. Sessions are person-centred and paced based on individual needs.
